2. Data We Collect
When you register for a webinar, we collect the following information:
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: email address
- Professional: company name, job title (optional)
We may also collect technical data (IP address, browser type) through server logs for security purposes.

Your data is shared with the following third-party processors, solely for the purposes described above:
- Zoom Video Communications (USA) — webinar hosting, registration, and attendance tracking
- Brevo (Sendinblue) (France/USA) — transactional and marketing emails
- Stripe (USA) — payment processing for paid webinars
- Supabase (USA) — database hosting
- Vercel (USA) — website hosting
For US-based processors, data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Retention
- Registration data: retained for 3 years after the webinar date, or until you request deletion
- Payment data: retained for the duration required by French tax law (10 years)
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Port your data to another service
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent for newsletter at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
7. Cookies
H2conf uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for these functional cookies under the ePrivacy Directive.
